Hello, I'm Lindsey – the hands and heart behind Lish Ceramics.
From my garden studio in the East Sussex countryside, I create handmade ceramics designed to bring beauty and intention to everyday moments. Each piece is crafted to be both functional and timeless—quietly elevating the rituals of daily life.

Inspired by the rhythms of nature, the changing seasons, and the wildlife that wanders just beyond my doorstep, my work reflects a love of the countryside—especially the hares and rabbits that often find their way into my designs.

Sustainability & Ethos
Ceramics are inherently energy-intensive to make, so I’m committed to working as responsibly as possible. I use highly efficient kilns and fire only when fully loaded to minimize energy use. Clay trimmings and scraps are reclaimed and reused, and packaging is plastic-free and sourced from ethical suppliers. My aim is to create quality pieces that are not only beautiful, but made to last—cherished items that can be used and enjoyed for many years to come.
